Industry experts believe that as global demand for photovoltaic modules continues to rise, manufacturing quality, technological capability, and production reliability will become key differentiators for Indian companies seeking to compete internationally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, the delegation toured IB Solar\u2019s manufacturing facility and received a detailed overview of the company\u2019s production processes, automation systems, quality assurance framework, and technological capabilities. Every solar module undergoes multiple stages of inspection throughout the production cycle, including\u00a0<strong>Electroluminescence (EL) Testing<\/strong>\u00a0to detect hidden cell defects,\u00a0<strong>Sun Simulator Testing<\/strong>\u00a0to validate electrical performance,\u00a0<strong>Hi-Pot Testing<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure electrical insulation and operational safety, as well as comprehensive in-line process inspections and final quality verification before dispatch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company\u2019s manufacturing operations are supported by recognised industry certifications, including\u00a0<strong>BIS Certification<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>IEC compliance<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>ALMM enlistment<\/strong>, reflecting adherence to established quality, safety, and performance benchmarks.
