November 02: Charmi Bhavsar, a college student born in Vadodara, stole the limelight at the WOW-Wings for Dream fashion and beauty pageant when she was crowned Teen Gujarat title. Charmi, who has a keen interest in dancing and drawing, was the youngest one to participate in the beauty and fashion pageant organised by WOW-Wings for Dreams in Surat on October 16.
